In addition to the products presented under Hydraulic Steel Construction, mast construction, and traffic engineering, IAB manufactures all types of custom-welded structures up to assembly weights of 55 tons, with or without mechanical processing. IAB not only manufactures these products but also collaborates with you to develop, design, and/or assemble them as required. We are already providing these services to renowned manufacturers worldwide, such as Doppelmayr, LCS cable cranes, Felbermayr, the MND group, and more.

Our activities also include welded structures for amusement rides in large theme parks (such as Disneyland, Legoland, Prater, etc.), exhibitions, and in the Alpine environments (Flying Fox/Rope Runner). It often involves the welding of fine grained steel up to a thickness of 100mm. It requires special welding procedures and quality standards, demanding the highest precision in welding techniques to ensure optimal weld quality and strength. Additionally, strict testing and quality controls are necessary throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the safety and integrity of the components/equipment.
